I want to use another computer (PC) to sync music from there (because it has a much larger hard drive) to my MacBook Pro's iTunes on my iPhone. How can I do this? I'm using Home Sharing and it correctly finds the library from my PC, but will checking "Sync Music" and then "Entire Library" sync my music from my PC library? (my MacBook Pro library is empty).

Home sharing lets you listen to music from the server PC, it will not place it on your client (either MBP or iPhone). I'm not exactly sure what you are asking but hope this helps.

I want to sync with my PC's iTunes Library through Home Sharing on my Mac.

So essentially..

put my iPhone in USB mode through my Mac, then sync with my PC's iTunes Library though Home Sharing.
