Can I use Mac Pro's Timemachine backup to restore to the new MBP?

Hi there,.
Everytime install all the softs I need for a new mac is time comsuming. I'm currently working on a E-1650V2 mac pro. I have the timemachine backup, if I buy the new MBP which seems even more power or if I buy the iMac Pro, can I use that timemachine backup so I don't have to re-install everything again? Will it be stable for professional use?

As long as the Mac Pro is running High Sierra, yes you can do that.

But I suppose my Mac Pro time machine has the driver for Mac Pro's hardwares... If I use that into macbookpro or iMac Pro will the drivers still work?

Yes... the OS includes any drivers needed for both.
