Can I use Mavericks to backup 5s (ios9) and restore to new 6s?

I'm still on Mavericks due to Yosemite's bugginess. El Capitan does not come out until 9/30, the 6s arrives on the 25th. Can i do the needed backup and restore of iOS 9 devices using Mavericks?

Yes just update to the latest version of itunes. The minimum is still snow leopard so you are fine with mavericks for another few years lol

Huh. actually make that lion now. They just changed it with the 6s. You're still fine though.
