Was just wondering, as I have new iMac but was wondering if I return it I will be stuck with Extra ram I purchased.
Could it be used in 2012 iMac? Sorry for being a noob

Thanks in advance

Until the 2012 iMacs are released, no one but Apple knows for certain. Quite probably, but not guaranteed.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A405 Safari/7534.48.3)

But if the clock speed of the RAM for the 2012 iMacs increase, then you won't get that benefit of faster supported RAM.
