My Boot Camp partition is only about 100 GB because my MB Pro is also only 500GB. I would like to temporarily place a large game onto an external drive so that I can free up space for a new one. I have two external HD's, one being 500 GB and the other 1TB.

Right now I have the 1TB one plugged in but it doesn't seem to show up in Boot Camp. It's not a made-for-mac HD, it's just that I've never used it on Windows. This 1TB one is also the drive I use for backing up my MBP, yet it has 200GB of free space. Is there a simple way to use it to back up some files from Boot Camp?

Windows can't natively read HFS formatted hard drives. How was the hard drive formatted before you started using it?
