I want to upgrade from 256gb to 1tb on MacBook Pro 13" 2015 can I use this one or what can I use please help me thank you

No, the 960 Evo won't work in the 2015 MBP. Apple uses a proprietary connector for the SSD. You would have to buy a "used" (some may be very used, some not so much) Apple SSD off of eBay or similar sites or use the OWC Aura, which doesn't have the same performance as the Apple SSD. For more information, search for "macbook pro 2015 proprietary ssd". There are adapters but from what I can see, they won't fit in the case (more intended for external use) and I'm not aware of anybody that has actually used these, in or out of the MBP.

UPDATED: The adapters, such as they are, almost certainly require AHCI SSD's, most of the M2 PCIe SSD's on the market are NVMe. There is a site that indicates that the adapters will work - but again, likely not INSIDE the computer. http://barefeats.com/hard200.html
