Can I use the genious bar in another country?

I have a 17" MBP that should be here next week and I was wondering if anyone knows if I can go to an apple store in another country?

I live in Vermont and the is no apple stores here. My closest is in Montreal, Canada, about an hour away. The closest one in the states is like three hours away.
