can i use the GPS if i only have edge in my area

ok im not getting 3g in my area until october .and how can you get the dot to use gps?

GPS uses GPS it uses a satellite to find you and cell towers to make it faster. If you are on edge it doesn't matter.

Make sure that "Location Services" are turned on in the phone's preferences.

Also, you need to be outside.
