Can I use this AppleCare on The new iPhone?

Seems like a good deal I just don't know if I can use it on the new iPhone. I don't see what the difference would be(since it says up to iphone4s) but I'm not sure if it would work. Any input?

I'd be a little suspect for the 4s since that version offered an apple care+ version which has damage protection and cost $99....it allows two incidents of damage replacement at $50 per incident. Caveat Emptor.

all that is being sold is regular applecare, which extends the manufactures warranty and can be bought any time during the original, 1 year warranty.
