Can I use this caddy for 2nd drive?

where i live datadoublers/optibays/caddys for macbook pro's cost a lot. i was looking for a cheaper way and I found this:

can I use this one? it doesnt specify which models it fits - I have mid 2009 15" unibody Macbook Pro.

I installed it for my late 2008 MBP without any issues.

Yeah I went with the second one after all. It lists various models - mostly 13" of all unibody generations plus 2010 and 2011 15". I figured there shouldn't be very difference in the size, we'll see how it goes.
