Can I Wake On Wan, with Airport Extreme and iphone?

Can I wake devices over the internet , from my iphone / a windows computer, using an airport extreme router and an app ?

Has anyone done this, and how did they achieve it ?

Depending on the AirPort Extreme and its configuration, I use iNet Network Toolbox at school.

I don't see that option.. is it in the paid version ? I'd like to do it from over the internet, not on my own network..

You would need to use some sort of VPN in that regard.
