Just wondering if I go to the ATT store the afternoon of the 14th and they still have phones, can I have them cancel my preorder I made via phone that's delayed until the 14-21 days and buy in store?

Once your pre-order has made it into processing, you are unable to cancel or change it. They should have sent you an email saying that.

I don't really see why not, but I'd cancel the preorder first. You're not charged until it ships.
