Can i wirelessly bridge 2 routers?

I have a Apple Time Capsule and a Belkin 1212 router. I would idealy like to set up the belkin as a range extender for the 2nd and 3rd floors as the time capsule does not extend that far though the thick walls.

Is this possible and if so how would i go about setting it up?

You can only do it if the Belkin has the feature that allows for it to act as a repeater. I'd look up the router and go from there.
