can iCal, Address Book, Mail, etc., Sync to the Palm 700P?

i just got the palm 700 with palm os and was having trouble syncing the info. now, i know it comes with the palm desktop software, but is there a way to sync up all my stored info in iCal, Adress Book, etc., to my Palm with iSync?

You generally use iSync for Syncing, you might need to go to the devices menu and choose the "enable palm os syncing" option, you may then be OK, you might also need to buy the missing sync (website seems to be down atm, see this Apple downloads page for a bit more info.)

got my answer on howardforums.com. if anyone is interested, i follwed these instructions and it worked perfectly.


"I sync it through bluetooth with isync with no problem.

1. Installed the palm desktop software.

2. Go to HotSync Manager.

3. Use "Apple+J" Command bring up conduit setting. Or looking under: HotSync>Conduit Setting.

4. Click on iSync Conduit and go to conduit setting to enable it.

5. You are good to go!
