iPhone Can install Aura with Ayecon already installed?

I just bought both Aura and Ayecon. First I tried installing them both at the same time and received an error so I went back and installed Ayecon first. I then proceeded to install Aura when I got this error.
What do?

It's conflicting because both tweaks appear to change wallpapers

That means you can only have one or the other installed

One method is to keep the .theme folder's of both but delete the wallpaper and only have one registered as installed in cydia

Edit: unless there's a method with wallpaper renaming (not sure, I don't theme very much)

Same problem apparently, but now Cydia won't load for me.

Yeah just noticed there was an update for Aura as well so figured there was one for Ayecon. Unfortunately I regret buying Ayecon :/
