Can iPhone 5 A1429(GSM) work on T-Mobile's network?

I have an iPhone 5 A1429(GSM), and it supports UMTS/HSPA+/DC-HSDPA (850/900/1900/2100MHz) GSM/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900MHz). Can it work on T-Mobile's network and will the data speed slow down? If it doesn't, can it work on AT&T's network? Thank you.

As long as its unlocked.
You can use it on Tmobile but if you're not on a refarmed area you will get slow Edge data speeds.

Thank you. I learned from the web that where I live isn't covered by T-Mobile's 1900MHz band. Can it work on AT&T's network and how is the data speed?

Yes, on AT&T it will be covered with AT&T's HSPA+ so speed would be pretty fast.
