I was on tumblr on my iPhone, and a page redirected me to some other site, possibly a virus one. It only happens on the same page though.

However, is a virus possible? And if so, could it somehow spread over WiFi to any other devices?

Yes, it reprograms the phones baseband chip and redirects all of your traffic and steals your bank details and contacts, quickly wrap it in tinfoil and bury it at least 6 feet down to prevent them from getting to it .......

No, no viruses or malware on the iPhone. :p
