Can iTunes be configured to only load music from the iTunes store?

We have a teenager and it is a house rule that no music with "Explicit" lyrics should be allowed on the iPod or computer. So, we have iTunes configured to exclude "explicit" lyrics, but he seems to just be downloading mp3 files which by-pass the rating system and loading them anyway.

Thus my question. Can iTunes be configured to accept music ONLY from the iTunes store?

I would then presume if they cannot get it in the iTunes program they could not load it on to the iPod.

Please discuss this, iPod + teenager + age-settings.

iTunes will accept any audio file type that it supports. It doesn't care where they came from.
