Can I burn multiple playlists on a CD of MP3 songs using iTunes??

If you can, how do you do it?

Technically, you can't burn multiple playlists to a single CD. However, you can combine two or more playlists into one new one that you can choose to keep or delete after you burn the CD.

you could create a smart playlist that keeps track of whatever is in your other multiple playlists. burning a cd is really an action that belongs to the playlist and there's not really a way for the burn function to move up in the heierarchy. so yeah, create the multiple playlists you want, and drop them into a new one, or make a smart playlist to keep track of them.

I'll take a look at that. I'm not in front of my mac and I am also new to mac so I'm not sure exactly how to do that.
