can itunes create folders for a mp3 cd?

i tried sorting them by album then burning a mp3 cd but it didn't create any folders. it just showed up in my car's mp3 enabled cd player as one long playlist that is sorted by album. anyone know how to do this? thanks in advance/

Don't know exactly, but I think you can burn as a data CD, which might give you the file structure like in the iTunes library folder.
