Can just a section of a website be set to load with 'Add to Home Screen'?

I've got a website added to my iphones home screen. It's a webpage with about 10 different weather charts but there's only one chart I want to look at.

Is it possible to select the one chart I want and have just that chart load when i go to the webpage via the icon on my home screen? Kind of like how dashboard on a mac can display just a part of a website as a widget.


Also, just out of curiosity, does anyone know if when dashboard on a mac displays only a section of a website, is it actually loading the whole web page even though it's only displaying part of it?
