I had a 4 going on 5 year old macbook pro which died recently from water damage but my hard drive and data survived. I'm looking to build a desktop pc on which to copy all that data and the operating system from the old hard drive. Can there be compatability issues with video cards and mac ios software or does it work with any video card. Specifically I'm looking to run my rig with a Sapphire Radeon R7 260x 2GB 128 bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 ( link here). Any input is helpful as I want get the parts and start the build pronto, so i can actually run my steam games, use my mac data/programs (lots of money sunk into it) not having to rely on my temporary chromebook which cant run ****. If it cant work, any advice on mac compatible video cards is appreciated.

Thanks
