Specifically, Im wondering whether the magnet flap on the Incase ICON Sleeve with TENSAERLITE can damage the electronics in the 2015 Macbook Pro. I'm thinking the 2015 one might be especially vulnerable since the force touch track pad uses magnets in it. But one would think that in 2015 surely laptops can't be damaged by normal magnets. If anyones got advice it would be greatly appreciated. Heres a link to the case: https://www.goincase.com/shop/sleeves/icon-sleeve-mb-retina-13/

Seriously?

Aren't there magnets in the screen already?

I've had that case for awhile (on a 15" and a 2014 13") without any noticeable impact.

It is a really good case, btw..

Seeing as there are magnets in the screen and case ifself to detect when to go to sleep, I seriously doubt having magnets on a case would affect anything.

Curious myself if the magnet from the case can cause damage to the MBP as well. Looking to actually pick up this case for my sister tomorrow.

Been using them on our family's Early 2015 13" MBPr and Late 2013 15" MBPr for a month or so now with no ill effects whatsoever. Great case.
