I've tried a search but I've only found a lot of conflicting info...
I'm new to the Mac world, I just bought a 15" PB (and love it). It is mainly for my wife and I to use at home. We're both pretty computer savvy.... We'd like our own logons but at the same time we'd like to share certain "key" folders/files. Mainly the iTunes and iPhoto libraries. Right now we are sharing one logon and it kind of makes stuff a pain...especially like safari favorites, dock preferences etc. I love the "fast user switching" ability of Tiger and would like to really utilize it. I asked this question when I went to my free "Tiger training" at my local Apple store. I did not get an answer. Any ideas?
