Can my 2017 MBP 13" output 2k@60hz?

So I have the 2017 MacBook Pro with touchbar, 4 thunderbolt ports and I have a 2k144Hz display(AOC AGON AG241QX) But when I connect my mac it only displays as 1920x1080@60Hz. I am connecting it with a USB-C to DVI dongle, and with a DVI cable. If I get an HDMI adapter, can I use the benefits of my monitor? I will be happy to get 2k@60HZ but can It even push it to 2k@144Hz? Thanks for the replies!
