Can my macbook display on hdmi tv

I have a mid 2007 macbook. Core 2 due, 3gb ram ect.

It has a mini dvi port. If i get a mini dvi to hdmi will my computer be able to display on my tv? Or is the macbook too old?

It will work perfectly fine with the correct adapter and cable combo.

This probably would work. http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=104&cp_id=10419&cs_id=1041912&p_id=4852&seq=1&format=2. It doesn't support audio though.

I'm using a Monoprice adapter right now, and it works like a charm! I can't say anything about this one, but take a look at the Customer Reviews on that page. There's probably some good info on there.
