I think the title is self explanatory. Basically I want to play Order and Chaos on my ipod 4 that is tethered from my iphone 3gs. The ipod is jailbroken, the iphone is not (totally different story, nothing but problems with jailbreaking it). Anyone?

So you're trying to connect your ipod touch to your 3GS and use the 3GS internet tethering?
If you use MyWi or PdaNet on the 3GS to have it internet tethering using wifi to your ipod then it should work. My3G wouldnt work if installed on your ipod touch, only on the iphone if you want to use 3G to play online.

You need some way to share your 3GS data with the the iPod

I'm not sure if the iPod Touch supports BT tethering as a guest. It was added to the iPad in 4.3.1, so I suspect that it may...

If it does, and you have the official Apple tethering on your 3GS, you can tether the 3GS to the iPod via Bluetooth. No JB required on either device. Once connected your iPod should treat the connection as a wifi network; allowing any wifi restricted app to run.

(BTW - my iPad is not with me right now, but I can verify this tonight)
