Starting as new thread due to potential significance.

I usually add Applecare after 10 months just to space out the spend.

I just received my 2017 base 15 rMBP.

I read in another thread here that Apple now switched to Applecare+ for macs and you only have 60 days to buy it.

So I decided to just go ahead and add it now.

Looks like you can't do that. I tried online and I do not get the option to buy :(

I will return the thing if I cant add it

Any tips?
 
Wait what? 2017 MBP? Sounds like the online store is jacked up. I'd call in.
