Can no longer download apps on iOS 11

So iOS 11 has been a bit buggy but I've dealt with it. But now I have a new bug plaguing me that will not allow me to download apps.

I can press the download button, it starts then instantly stops. I then have a gray app icon on my home screen. I've tried signing out of my Apple ID and rebooting my iPhone X a few times. nothing.

Does anyone know how to fix this or happen to be experiencing this bug?

My iPhone and iPad has same issue since yesterday. Download apps or download the updates not working. It comes so a grey icon.

I have fix this with this solution. Now is perfect. The download problem is gone. I can download my apps again.

1. Open Settings app -> General -> Reset -> Reset All Settings
