I have file sharing turned on both my iMac and MBP and have previously shared files between the two Macs. However, I recently moved and switched home networks and now my MBP no longer sees the iMac and vice-versa. What can I do to get the two Macs to see each other?

Thanks.

Are the IP Addresses in the same range? Look at Network Preferences, choose whichever interface (ethernet or wifi) being used, click Advanced, then TCP\IP and note the IPV4 Address, Subnet Mask and Router address.

What do you mean by "same range?" what specifically should I be looking for?

Thanks.
