Can not find new album in iPhoto Library

I just got a new computer with iPhoto 5. Today i imported some photos and created a new Album. The album shows up and works fine in iPhoto itself. But usually when i want to open photos i take in photoshop i go to my Pictures folder and follow this path: Pictures > Albums > and all my albums are listed in folders there. The new albums i created do not show up. Anyone hear of this?

Don't know why the new album dosen't show up in the pictures folder, but when you take the pictured into Photoshop for editing, do you open them from the pictures folder, or is iPhoto set to open them in Photoshop for editing when you double click?
