I updated to the new AT&T carrier file for MMS. I can now send MMS but not receive. I called AT&T and they said it was a network outage in my area (Indiana) and credited me $30 for the inconvenience. I didn't even ask for it, she just credited it to my account so it seems to be a set policy?

I'll get in on that action.

What part of Indiana? I'm in Lafayette and its working fine.

Eastern Long Island, NY - not working, have the red !

Called and got a $10 credit and some weird number to reference if it doesnt start working after 1am tomorrow.

from Glendale, AZ...

Getting the red '!' after only loading to 95%. Called AT&T customer service hoping for some kind of credit. He just did some checks on my account and said my "provisions" were setup correctly and offered to direct me to tech support.

I declined. I'm just going to blame this on network issues/congestion and wait it out...

Want to see if someone could test this out for the people that are having trouble with send mms. I tried it and it work for me. First, clear all your text messages in your inbox. Once your done, go to setting>general>reset>reset network setting. Once that done, try send a text to see what happens.
