Can not turn Night Shift off (Mac Pro 5.1)

After updating to the 10.12.4 it seems that the Night Shift is enabled and there is no way to turn it off.
There is no Night Shift tab in the display options. The Night Shift switch is not present in the notification center either. Nice bug..

Anyone know any terminal commands to disable it?

Mac Pro 5.1, GTX 680 Mac Edition, Philips BDM4350.
