Can not upload Picts or send them in text msgs

Title says it all. This has been going on since before thanksgiving. I cannot upload to Facebook or send Picts in text msgs. iPhone 4, not jailbroken, all updates current. Any suggestions as to why I am having this problem? Thanks!

for facebook try reinstalling that worked for me when i couldnt upload as for text mesaging make sure mms is on in settings/messages
