I keep getting errors when trying to view some embedded video's. There is an error message that says 'update to latest Flash version.' But, I have checked through my computers system preferences that there is not a newer version of Flash available. I am using a Macbook Pro with Safari V5.1.9 and Flash V11.7.700.225.

Any thoughts on why this is happening?

Thanks.

Some websites are checking the flash version number incorrectly. I've seen this happen when companies haven't updated the website in years or they are using a very old version of flash to produce content.
