Can not write reviews of apps on ip4

hello. i got my new ip4 32g but seems like when i try to write reviews for downloaded apps it comes up with a NULL error. and can not be writen.

what can i do ?
anyone eles have this problem ?

maybe back up your phone and try to restore? thats what i would at least try. worth a shot. restoring solves a lot of problems.

I got it to work by NOT giving it a star rating, then write the review, then tap submit. A box will pop up asking for a star rating, give how ever many stars you want at this point, tap continue and it will post! This is the only way it worked for me!!
