Basically what the title says...Can Order Statuses Change To "Preparing For Shipment" at the weekend?

Just curious! - Thanks!
 
Yes. Two weeks ago mine went to Preparing status on Sunday and I had it on Tuesday. Same thing happened to a friend last Sunday.
