can palm pre sync with mac address book and calendar?

i have a mac and having been using the ipod touch and simple cell phone. I really liked my old palm pda and am debating getting a palm pre.
Can i sync it with the contacts and calendar on my mac? maybe with a missing sync program?

i read someplace that you can do a one way transfer from the mac to the pre, but that is not what i want. i need it to be able to sync.
