Can RAM of MacBook 2009 be used for MacBook 2007?

Can someone please help me figure out if I can use my friend's RAM?

My friend's machine:
MacBook (White Unibody - Fall 2009)
13-inch with 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo (White Unibody)

My machine:
MacBook (white) (Generation 3) Mid-2007
13-inch with 2.16 GHz Processor 120GB

My friend just bought better RAM than what came with his Mac, so he wants to give me the original RAM, but I don't know if I can use that?!

Nope.

The 2007 MacBook used 667Mhz DDR3 RAM while the 2009 MacBook uses 1067Mhz DDR3 RAM

Slight correction iDutchman. The 2007 Macbook uses DDR2, while the 2009 unibody uses DDR3. Different generations of technology. I'll go hide under my geek rock now
