Can recover Mail draft I lost?

Hi there

I spent quite some time preparing an email.
Then I had to restart Firefox to install an update.
I forgot about the email, probably thinking it would ask me if I wanted it saved.
It's gone.
Is there any way I can recover it?

was it a web based client then?

what webmail service are you using?

No it was in MAIL, for which I use gmail and hotmail.....
