I would like to change the grey background color of the Safari menu/bookmarks/tabs bars. Is that possible?

And can the color of text fonts in those bars be changed?

I haven't heard of this being possible with Safari, unless you're using OS X 10.4 and use Shapeshifter (it doesn't work with Leopard).

If you're willing to use a different browser, there are plenty of themes available for Firefox. :) There's even a new extension called Persona which allows you to easily and quickly create your own themes.
