can some help with folder backgrounds

I just want to be able to put some backgrounds on my folders when I open them. however I can't seem to do it. and if someone has some nice folder backgrounds that they want to share that would be cool too. seeing that I have a hard time locating those as well.

The file to replace is located in System>Library>CoreServices>SpringBoard.app>FolderSwitcherBG.png.
