Can anyone tell me how to read this, please?
I know it says it sees 4GB, but what does the system really see for my max RAM? I have two 2-GB sticks installed since I wanted the max RAM possible for VM use. I understand I shouldn't get 4GB max, but these numbers seem low to me (cause I don't know how to read them properly... Like, what do I add together to get the amount the OS sees?).
Thank you!

You have 2.33GHz MBP so you can see use a max of 3GB of RAM. You can add up the free amount and used amount (1024MB in 1GB) and see that it adds to just over 3GB which it right. You can also add up the Wired, Active and Inactive amounts to get the Used amount. Everything seems to add up right to me. The numbers are spot on and nothing is wrong as far as I can tell.
