Can somebody please tell me how to get rid of these icons??

I don't know what happened. I respring and ended up with all these icons covering like 2-3 pages. I tried to manually delete them but that's not working. Once I respring or reboot the iPhone, they reappear.

So do anyone know what these icons are and his to get rid of them permanently?
