Is this an internal or external problem? Where can I fix it?

Here it is!

It looks like that is screen damage. Is there any chance something was inside the MacBook when the lid was closed? The MacBook charger or a pencil perhaps?
No. One day it randomly happened in April. I rebooted it now to check if it was an internal problem

That's not randomly anything. That's impact damage.
From? What? I didn’t close my macbook and it happened? I was on the other side of the room and I came back to my Mac and it had the fuzzy screen but not completely black, it took an hour before it became black

Couldn't tell you, wasn't there.

It could be a bb gun or airsoft direct shot to the glass.
Is there a dent on the back side of the display in the aluminum? If not, then direct shot to glass. Glass may not have broken but LCD did.

You may have weakened the screen by impact some earlier time, and only now it finally gave way.

I did the same when I closed the lid on my old MacBook while my earphone's jack was resting on the laptop edge. There was a crack and display distortion, but there was delay in the lightning bolt type tear (like what you have) appearing.

The display is broken -- as in, physically "broken".

Replacement is the only solution.
The repair could be pretty expensive.

You'll have to decide (based on how old it is, because you haven't told us) whether to get it replaced or not.

Might be time to start shopping for something new or Apple-refurbished.
