Since none of these bums I know have a IPhone 4 I can't check.:rolleyes:

3G unrestrictor & FaceTime
Open Unrestrictor select add, add phone app, hit blue arrow, turn on Direct flag.
Make sure Wifi is turned on but you are NOT connected to any Wifi network.
U should now be able to make a FaceTime call on 3G.
