Can someone convert this vid to a cell phone compatible format?? Please ASAP!!!!!!!

Can someone please convert this video to a format which can be sent to a cell phone? I need this sooo badly!!!!

I tried to convert it to .3gp and .3g2 but no matter what I do , my friend either gets a message saying the video is corrupted or that the video is too large for the phone so it can't be received. I've tried like 20 times and it's still not working:(

So someone please, if u won't do it for me, then tell me what to do to get this video to be successfully sent to my friend?

Also, it needs to be less then 3 MB in size, which I did, but it still didn't work. Why?

PLEASE SOMEONE BE GENEROUS AND HELP ME WITH THIS!!! All my friends are begging me for it and its getting annoying saying I can't get it for them over and over.
