Can someone do me a favor and transcode using Plex?

I’d really like to know if you shove 4k HEVC HDR through it how many transcodes it can handle. And how does the video quality compare to quicksync? I have an unraid server that’s right around 200TB and right now it has an 11600k that’s generating thumbnails and everything else it’s doing to the point it can lag a little when three or more are using it. I’m debating just adding a max mini to the network to use as a dedicated Plex host. The server would handle all the file hosting but the mini would be the distributing box I’m curious if it actually HW transcodes or not and how many 4k streams it can handle.
