Can Someone explain what the "!+" means on BITESMS?

It's just sitting on my homescreen and I can't seem to get rid of it. What's the deal with it?

is there a "failed outgoing" box I can check to see where? I dont ever delete text so I wouldnt know WHERE that would be

There's no outgoing box. You would have to go in the list of messages and search your recent texts.

If you just want to remove it you can click on biteSMS settings > about > clear failed ! indicator
