Can someone figure out how to put this logo on this template?

I have a logo that I can't seem to figure out to work on this template. Here's the logo and template if someone can figure it out

You downloaded the PDF template off of Jakprints.com, so I downloaded the PSD version. I've added the logo, but MacRumors won't allow me to upload Photoshop documents. If you email contact@angerdanger.com, I'll email you the full PSD.
